New here, trying to change myself!
Hi everyone! Call me Dixie, or "D"!
I've been overweight most of my life, and I'm currently on my final year of college. It wasn't until some weeks ago that I decided I was going to shed off the weight and graduate looking good! If I can get over this hurdle, then I believe I can do anything! I started P90x 2 weeks ago and am currently on my 3rd week, Day 4 (Yoga, yikes). Although I don't see any drastic changes to my body yet, I'm going to keep pushing forward because I believe the changes will come in time. I've gotten so much stronger inc week 1 and that's really what is keeping me motivated. Anyway, I joined the site after searching for P90x nutrition modifications for overweight females, and I stumbled upon 2-3 threads from here. So I decided to join in hopes that I could learn more. :) |
Welcome :) I'm only new too, but this forum seems great so far! Stay strong and keep up the good work, I am sure you will see results soon! xx
