Amanda, i tried ww, and it didnt really work. So i went Low Carb. i have been on 20g (about) a day since april and have lost a considerable amount. I do have more to loose (i started at 425) but i just decided why not try, i have done some reading and research since, but for me it was more of that my body reacted (some people are way more carb sensitive) this is why WW didnt work, cuase i was still eating carbs.

HI Amanda welcome!
I've lost almost 60 pounds all through calorie counting and exercising. Just being strict about not overeating, and trying to eat healthier has really worked for me. As for exercise plans, I am on vacation so I'm able to hit up the gym 4-6 times a week, but before that I was probably only averaging 1-2...

You can do this!

Hey Amanda! Just wanted to drop in to let you know I'm so here for you if you need anyone to talk to! I'm also just starting out (again, hopefully for the last time!). I'm 19, and just 10lbs away from you! Super close, so I feel we'll relate pretty well Welcome, hope you find something that works for you!

WW worked for me. 242 pounds lost. Changed my life. You just have to find something that works for you and stick with it.
