Day 24 on Ideal Protein
Have lost 20# as of today. Have 40 to go. So far so good. Surprisingly I have not been that hungry. There have been a few times, however, when I am out and about or doing something in the yard when I have had to sit down before I fell down. I also have type 2 diabetes and just had a blood test on Monday. There was massive improvement in my Hemoglobin A1c (6.3)as well as cholesterol and triglycerides. My Dr. says on my next visit he may reduce some of my meds. I think the drinks are pretty good, The Vinegar and Salt chips are great with a drop of tobasco on them. I have found restaurants on the road to be quite accommodating about mixing the drinks up for me.
