Hi. My name is Lisa, I'm 46, married and a mum of one son. I've never looked at any of these sites before but thought that a diet buddy who understands how hard it can be to diet and keep on track might help. It would be great to share thoughts, problems and success with others.

I would love to hear from anyone who is on their weightloss journey just like myself. I have a lot to lose, not just a few pounds here and there. Look forward to hearing from you.

We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the 40-Somethings and the Aussie Chicks!
