Looking for Diet Buddies
 

Hi. My name is Lisa, I'm 46, married and a mum of one son. I've never looked at any of these sites before but thought that a diet buddy who understands how hard it can be to diet and keep on track might help. It would be great to share thoughts, problems and success with others.

I would love to hear from anyone who is on their weightloss journey just like myself. I have a lot to lose, not just a few pounds here and there. Look forward to hearing from you.

I have to lose weight too. I am mostly a lurker on this site but the thought of having someone to go through all the excitement with may be motivating. People call me M. I am almost 38 years old.

Hey Lisa I'm looking for a diet buddy too, no kids but I'm a teacher so I have plenty of sympathy in that area! Looking to lose another stone in weight get to my ideal weight for my height :)

Lisa, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the 40-Somethings and the Aussie Chicks!
