I have that problem...never have the feeling to eat, but nearly constantly drinking (used to be soda...). I would suggest smoothies. There are great posts here, and on other health websites, about making healthy smoothies--including veggies. Usually you want to use a powerful tasting fruit (like peaches or raspberries), high protein (Greek) yogurt, some liquid to get it going (like water, 7up, juice) and a handful or two of spinach or kale. I know it sounds gross (and the color might be a bit 'off') but the powerful taste of the fruit should over compensate for the taste of the veggies.
Thus, voila! You can drink and get great nutrients at the same time--you can start with that. I know I am still having trouble eating normal meals at normal times, so I would start with that smoothie thing and work your way up to eating a structured healthy meal plan.
If you search around the site, there are great posts about doing it this way, and fun recipes. And invest in not-see-though cup (maybe with a lid) for your smoothies! ;p
