Right now I'm cleaning/purging house but the days are looooong especially since I'm up at 5am to get son to train station!
Had great start after leaving job at beginning of summer...walking and dieting but have relapsed lately...especially with lots of time to cook and the holidays

Need to get back on track and motivated
!!!I'm 40-ish and Need to lose around 25 pounds.
AND my dog needs to lose 20 pounds!...(according to our vet.)
