Hi!
Hi all! My name is Jo, 42, from N Louisiana. I've completed my first "mini-goal" of keeping my journal daily and walking every day, baby steps for me! It definately made me aware of how many "just a bite" there are for me through out the day. I'm not going to be following a particular diet to lose weight, about 35lbs, just trying to eat healthier and makes some changes in the way I cook, which I'm also hopeing to influence my family, and considering I do 95% of the meal preparation in the house, I think I'll be able to make small changes here and there without them taking much notice. I did start the Walk Away the Pounds, and found that I have more energy throughout the day when I do that first thing in the morning as compared to in the evenings, and with 3 kids still at home (17, 15 and 13) there's always something happening in the afternoons.
