I'm happy I found you all. I don't want to loose much, but still I didn't have the motivation to do it on my own.
After seeing some greats results from a FB friend, I decided to look into her secrets: Ideal Protein. However, from what I understand, that's expensive, and I don't want to spent a lot of money, even for such results. So from what I read on 3 fat chicks... I could go with a low carb diet and get similar results. So that's exactly what I'm going to do.
I'll be needing encouragement
for my new diet, but also so I can start being more active on a regular base. I'm looking forward to sharing with you all.
