I joined the site yesterday and wanted to introduce myself. I am from Southampton, England and started calorie counting two weeks ago, I am yet to lose any weight though - argh!
I am looking to improve my diet and introduce exercise. I haven't really dieted before and have been steadily gaining about 7lbs a year for the last eight years, it seems to creep up on you and now my BMI is 33.9.
I don't want to be making excuses for the rest of my life so have a now or never attitude to my weight loss. I am hoping that posting on here will make me more accountable for what I am eating. I am also keen to share advice and support.
