A new shorty on board
Hello all--
I'm hoping to lose about 60 pounds by the end of the year. My weight has skyrocketed in the past few years---from having 3 miscarriages and the depression that followed, to just getting lazy with eating healthy after the (joyful) birth of my son in 2009.
I am so short, and when I see pictures of myself, I can't stand it! I used to be 115 pounds, and could wear all the cute clothes--I want that again. I want the energy to run around with my son, and be a healthy weight when I try and get pregnant again.
Right now, my plan is to cut out a lot of starch, and count calories, and incorporate exercise back into my life. Hopefully, my husband, who also has some weight to lose will get on board with me!
