I'm new!
I used to be in fantastic shape, but I've gotten lazy over the past few years. I eat too much junk and I don't exercise nearly enough. But I'm looking to change all of that!
My goal weight is tentative, based on weights that I've maintained in the past while eating nutritiously and working out regularly. I'm actually more concerned about changing my eating and exercise habits, but it is nice to have weight as an indicator that things are changing!
So hello, and I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone in the forums!
