It is my first day of my weight loss and I already feel lighter for having found this forum.
I have read through some your forum (which I guess now is my forum too) and I am impressed with the tone and helpful nature of the people who contribute to it. What a great resource!
I have started the Scarsdale Medical Diet and I intend on working that one until I get a good start. Then perhaps I will try to switch to a different one that gives a good maintenance.
Anyways, any helpful hints, tricks and encouragement are greatly appreciated!
I'll be checking in nearly every day for a weigh-in and a gab!
