Hi. i'm sam and i'm new here also. i've been doing the weight watchers point system and so far so good. i've lost almost 20 pounds since the end of march. I've been slacking a little on the point system as it gets tedious counting everything but i think i'm staying within the range as i'm still losing. It could also be the grueling hours i'm spending at the gym also.

I take a book with me and it seems to make the eliptical and treadmill go a little faster. someone also told me that they listen to books on the mp3 player. i've been getting alot of great tips and ideas from this website. also it's good to know your not alone!
