I'm not sure of about any new and fast ways to lose weight, I noticed that for most people it is lifestyle changes that work.

Your right, it is all about life changes.
Part of my problem is looking back on a time in my life when I was fit and slim.
Mind you, living in the past, looking at the tiny jeans aint gonna get me anywhere.
Gonna have to make some serious changes. Thks

There is no new and fast way to lose weight, you lose it the same way you gained it , one pound at a time.

Good luck to you! Looking back on my slimmer days & pics has been a nice motivation for me, like already having goal pics. You can do it!

Echoing what others have said.

There's no new, fast way to lose weight. It all comes down to calories in vs. calories out.

Long as you're eating less than what you're expending you'll lose weight. Maybe not fast, but if you work on permanent changes, then your weight loss will be permanent, too.

Have a look around and start building a plan for your life that works for you. And post wherever you're comfortable. =)

Take a look in the support forums and read through the diffrent threads. Theres a group for everyone. Age based, family based, faith based, weight based. Its all there. it may seem overwhealming at first but take it one post at a time and you'll find your niche.
