I'm 27, 5ft 7, and have a 6 year old son. I have a lot of weight to lose. 100lbs would still make me 40lbs overweight. I've struggled with my weight all my life and had great success with the LA weightloss plan. I went from 270 to 188. I swore i'd never hit that 200 mark. Then my center closed, i went off to college, had a bad breakup, and when i tried transferring my plan to the one in my local city but when my center closed they lost my info. I was out 400 bucks!
blah blah blah few years passed i expanded to 240 then 270 then 290 and i will be damned if i ever reach 300. I had the LA purple plan booklet, googled the red plan and ended up here.
My whole diet thing is messed up, I recently found out that part of the reason i gain so much weight so fast is that i am gluten intolerant to add to my lactose intolerant. i have also decided to go lacto-ovlo (sp?) vegetarian. So when you take out the dairy i am pretty darn close to vegan and i have no clue what to eat on the plan. So if there are any vegans out there i'd love some recipes.
I guess that's it. I am gonna do a modified LA plan to fit within a 2000 calorie/day diet and work with the absence of meat. I dont want to really advertise my weightloss journey to my friends cause frankly i am embarassed that i gained so much weight back. I'd love to make a few friends here and journey along with them. Guess thats all
