ok well im back from the gym and still in 1 bit...just!!!
it wasnt all mirrors and leotards like some are ,mainly just women who are in the same position as the rest of us,everyone was really polite and friendly so thats a bonus.
my workout routine is
10 mins on exercise bike but not one of the bum killer ones you lay back on this one so i was able to chill a little ,
3x15 reps on an ab cruncher (oh my good god what a killer,thought my boobs were gonna suffocate me)
15 reps on each of the air circuit trainers,which i must say i quite enjoyed and could feel every muscle working as its supposed to
then i have to try and work up to 20 mins on a cross trainer,i managed 5 before my legs went to jelly ,but i dont think i done too bad for the 1st go.
I intend to go everyday well monday to friday as the kids are all at full time school,so i will see how long it takes me to get to my 20 mins.
I have every intention of losing this 70 lbs before it kills me,
gonna have a shower then go get something to eat as im bloody starving,but guess what i actually dont want to eat rubbish so ive plumped for a salad.
The sun is shining ,i feel good and its the 1st day of the rest of my life,long may it last
