Hi all. This is my first day. Over the last few years I have ballooned up from the low 130s to the low 170s mostly due to stress. Usually, I start a diet but soon get torpedoed by life. My husband and I have adopted three grandchildren to raise. Additionally, in the last several years, I have lost both parents and my dear sister-in-law and moved. Seems like there's always something. But I'm hopeful that with your support, I can stick to daily exercise and good food choices. In my 40s, I was a runner with 19% body fat. I may not get back there, but I can be a hot grandma!
