I have just joined 3FC and wanted to drop in and introduce myself. I started my diet (life change) back in October of 2010 but I had to get a lot of my medical problems in line first. I had tried to lose weight before in the past but no matter what I did I was not successful.

I finally got my thyroid in line and my diabetes medicine has improved so when I tried again I noticed that the weight would come off now.

My diet includes (per Doctor's instructions) 1200 - 1500 calories a day and less than 100 grams of carbs a day. Honestly, I have done little exercise but that may change in the near future. I think these forums are so helpful to people that need support from people going through the same thing. Thanks.
