so I'm not sure where to begin but I'm new to the site. I started trying to lose weight July 2010(@ 263) and was able to get down to 230 by September 26 in time for my cruise. Well as of yesterday I'm back up to 258!! I'm determined to lose this weight for real this time. I really want to get to 140 and I have some great motavation my BF and I said that once I hit my goal we can get engaged!!
I'm not sure what all diet I'm going to be doing and am open to ideas... I have multple apps that I use for recording my calories and daily excersise. I can't wait to start!
A little about me...I'm 21 and a full time nanny. My boyfriend and I have been together for over 2 years and currently live together. Ummm I love to cruise and have another booked for September 2011.well that's all fir now!
I hope to meet some other people for motavation and friendship. It's hard during this on my own expesically when you live with someone who is trying to gain weight!!lol.

Welcome! I do calorie counting & exercise myself, and it has worked tried & true for me every time I go back to it! But everyone is different! What have you tried before? Did it work for you?
Those calorie counting apps are the best. I use one of my iphone. Lately though I'm trying to be more exercise oriented. The Get Running app is pretty awesome. It does the Couch to 5k program, which is working for me and for alot of people no matter how heavy.
Well right now I'm doing WW as well as calorie counting.lol. I am going to be starting a 10Day "fasting" diet on monday and that's worked well for me in the past. I usually lose at least 10lbs during that and it kinda "jump starts" my weight loss.
