Smile Quickly losing control

Hello! I just wanted to say I am happy to be here, I really need the support from people who are facing some of the same issues as myself. I am 32 years old and it seems like my metabolism went on vocation and never came back lol! I am at the point were I am gaining wait so rapidly I am going insane. I have tried all the diets and counted so many calories it seems nothing works anymore. The same excersises I've done almost all my life to lose weight is know longer working. I feel fat and disgusted....I am finding fat in places I didn't know fat could store. I also have a hormone problem that affects my weight gain but I don't want to use that as an excuse. I am not accustom to being over weight and losing control is very scary for me. Hopefully on this forum I can get encourgement and maybe some buddies to help stay on track. Thanks in advance for your support.

How many calories were you eating? Sometimes eating too little calories can cause you to gain because your body is holding on to those calories. And too little nutrition makes it harder to lose as well.

Maybe track a regular day and see how much you are eating and then try to reduce the amount? I wouldn't go below 1200 calories a day.
