Hi Everyone!
Hi everyone. 2011 will be my year to lose this weight, and I'm giving myself a head-start by starting now. I am following the principles from the Mayo Clinic Diet book (put out by the Mayo Clinic, not to be confused with that old fad diet).
This plan allows free fruits and vegetables, similar to the new Weight Watchers plan. Since I'm a volume eater, this appeals to me! Also, I am grateful for a free forum in lieu of spending hundreds of dollars a year on Weight Watchers.
