What diet am I on? well its more like a lifestyle change

some simple rules. 1. No pop, not even diet 2. whole grain breads and pasta 3.limit fastfood 4. don't eat over 1550 calories perday.
hows it going? well I am 5 days in and have only had fast food once (480 cals worth) and drank diet pop once. So i think over all well. i just got a scale today so i have no idea the weight i started at so 179 is what i am using.
Why am I here? support i need it so bad... I have none at home
