Default Thanks to my friend...

She helped me find my new way in life. Thanks ShylahEQ

My name is Tonya, I am a 36 yr old SAHM/W to 2 boys aged 9 and 12. I have been married now for almost 15 yrs to a most wonderful husband.

I have decided after long thoughts and heartfelt crying that its time to change this weight. I can no longer go around being this way when I am slowly killing myself.

I have set a small goal for now, and will change it as time goes on. For now, 9 pounds is it.

Thank you for all the support ShylahEQ thus far. I look forward to helping and inspiring other people like she has inspired me.

Welcome and good luck! Setting small goes as you go along is a good idea, that way it feels less overwhelming. There's a sub-forum for 30-somethings and also for people in the 300lbs range, so be sure to check them out.
