Hey there,
I am a freshman in college who has decided to take her weight and eating by the horns, finally. I am not terribly overweight, but I need to stave off the dreaded "freshman 15". Right now I'm 135, but want to be 120. I just need help with figuring out how to eat well and fit in exercise in my busy college lifestyle
