Hi I'm new :)
Hey there,
I am a freshman in college who has decided to take her weight and eating by the horns, finally. I am not terribly overweight, but I need to stave off the dreaded "freshman 15". Right now I'm 135, but want to be 120. I just need help with figuring out how to eat well and fit in exercise in my busy college lifestyle :dizzy: Anyway, I look forward to meeting you all, and to finally get my health back on track :) |

Welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
