I dont drink everyday-- but when the weekend rolls around and we have friends over I dread in the morning thinking of how many calories I have consumed... especially since our favorite past time is beer pong lol. Another issue I have is my fiance has no fitness goals, and he always tells me I dont need to lose weight and he loves me the way I am, and isnt very good at helping me stay on my diet goals

I appreciate he trys to make me feel better but I am not happy with MYSELF and I wish he would be more supportive over what i am trying to do. Instead of encouraging me to eat pizza and not go t o the gym!
