    When I started working out, I taped two phone books together and used them to do stepping for 10mins. on one foot, then changed to the other for another 10mins. and worked myself up to a whole hour. I have also heard that filling water bottles with sand can make good weights too.

    I use DVDs and hand weights at home. I started out with Leslie Sansone DVDs but now I use Jillian Michaels and The Biggest Loser. You can get lots of other info in our Fitness section here - http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/#fitness
