I know you are going to loooove this site! When I started working out, I taped two phone books together and used them to do stepping for 10mins. on one foot, then changed to the other for another 10mins. and worked myself up to a whole hour. I have also heard that filling water bottles with sand can make good weights too. Good Luck! |

I use DVDs and hand weights at home. I started out with Leslie Sansone DVDs but now I use Jillian Michaels and The Biggest Loser.
