Your eating plan sounds like a wonderful way to start! One word of unsolicited advice lol... don't give yourself a time limit! I tell myself I would love to lose 100lbs in a year but any year I begin where I am LESS WEIGHT than the year before is a PLUS! Last year I only lost about 25 lbs but is better than some years where I have started with a 25 lb GAIN...
SO be kind to yourself, keep plugging away, ANY loss is cause for celebration... and stick around... this is a great site!
