Hello, I started the weight watchers plan last sunday and have already lost 4lbs. I have done this program twice before and would start off great and then within a few weeks....just stop.I do not want to do that this time so I am looking for people to share these up and downs with. My husband has joined me this time even though he really does not have to lose any weight. He just wants to learn how to eat right. How do you get started and stay on course?
