Hi everyone I have just discovered this site while searching for recipes. Today is day one of my new healthy lifestyle - I have lost 20lbs using cambridge diet but it was way too severe so I have swapped to slimming world so I can eat real food and not just shakes.
I am a mummy and work full time too (swapping to part time soon as youngest is 2 and Imiss my babies!!)
I expect I will be here for a long time as this is a life change not just a diet.
