I started here a while ago, but my diet didn't last long, or get far. So i'm back for some support and hopefully support others as well. I have done alot of crash dieting, I'll lose a few then gain it right back. I'm hoping to lose the 35 pounds this time!

Hopefully, you won't be doing anymore Crash dieting. That's extremely unhealthy. What's the point of losing weight, if you're not going to feel healthy. Best of Luck to you! =DD
