Best wishes. You certainly have your hands full. I find I have 2 sticky situations. When I am bored, I want to eat junk. When I am too busy or rushed I eat to exist which many times is not in my best interest. I am working on both.
I've been posting for a month now and have met wonderful people, gotten loads of information and have started a daily plan which I find is much easier to stick with when I have support. For me a key is planning ahead.
