My name is June. I'm a 36 year old mother of ... okay ... lots. I have given birth to 2 children. I have 2 step children and a foster son. So that makes me the mother of 5!! I really only thought I would ever have 2!

I grew up in East Liverpool, Ohio, but moved to Omaha, Nebraska about 18 years ago and just love it. I work at a law firm (for the past 14 years) but I'm also currently working on my Bachelors degree which will put me in the social services field -- or maybe counseling, I haven't quite decided. I just know I want something different than the legal field!

I'm also on the Metabolic Research Center board.

Hi June. Boy it sounds like you have your hands full! Kids, a job, and school. Makes it hard to find time to take care of June I'll bet. That seems to be a big problem for women in general, even in the best circumstances. Good luck!

Best wishes. You certainly have your hands full. I find I have 2 sticky situations. When I am bored, I want to eat junk. When I am too busy or rushed I eat to exist which many times is not in my best interest. I am working on both.

I've been posting for a month now and have met wonderful people, gotten loads of information and have started a daily plan which I find is much easier to stick with when I have support. For me a key is planning ahead.
