I think it's a big step, admitting to ourselves that we need to do something about our weight, and admitting that we need support in order to do it.
You mention wanting a boyfriend. I'd say right now that's probably the least important thing in the world on your list.
First would be making some positive changes in your life and not calling yourself a "fat pig".
You say that you feel unhealthy... that you're going to die. You can stop those feelings in their tracks. You have to want to change, and take steps to change. You can do it, but it takes commitment. It won't happen overnight.
Take some time to look over Diet Central. You might find a plan that seems sensible and doable for you.
