Hi Everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself here. I have started WW and need to lose those last 15 pounds. I have always had weight problems and been obsessed with dieting. The last 6 months I have tried everything and have only succeeded in maintaining my weight. I even did really well dieting at one point, but hit a plateau! I really want to stop "trying" and start "doing". In the past I have gotten in the "zone" where I can stick to my diet with not as much effort and lose the weight. I am hoping this forum will give me the motivation to be in the zone. Good luck to all!
Hi! Yes, I do like to exercise, but I have a knee injury that's keepimng me out of commission for a few weeks--so frustrating! I have been dying to do the 30-day shred program! I also love to hike and do cardio, so I really can't wait til my doctor clears me for exercise.
