Wink New and need to lose 15 pounds

Hi Everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself here. I have started WW and need to lose those last 15 pounds. I have always had weight problems and been obsessed with dieting. The last 6 months I have tried everything and have only succeeded in maintaining my weight. I even did really well dieting at one point, but hit a plateau! I really want to stop "trying" and start "doing". In the past I have gotten in the "zone" where I can stick to my diet with not as much effort and lose the weight. I am hoping this forum will give me the motivation to be in the zone. Good luck to all!

Welcome to 3FC.

There's a WW sub forum as well as a featherweights sub forum for those with just a couple of pounds to lose.

Good luck with losing the last 15!

As mazza said, those are some great areas.

Remember that maintaining is something in this situation. As many people have trouble even keeping weight off.

Stick with it, post wherever you're comfortable. You'll find the right plan & the right way to get the weight off.

Hi! Yes, I do like to exercise, but I have a knee injury that's keepimng me out of commission for a few weeks--so frustrating! I have been dying to do the 30-day shred program! I also love to hike and do cardio, so I really can't wait til my doctor clears me for exercise.
