My plan is pretty much just low-cal with some treats now and again. I'm a huge fruit and vegetable eater and a flexitarian ( I prefer to refrain from meat, but slip sometimes

) I am not a very big exerciser right now, which is a problem. I'm hoping to use the Couch to 5k program to work up to some good habits! I'm also looking into something called 100 push ups, which works on the same principle as C25k, but with lots of sit ups being the goal.
Thanks for the support sabrinaforless! It is really tough to keep going with a full schedule, and especially in an environment with such little emphasis on long-term health. This semester I'm going to be preparing more of my meals instead of going out, which should realy help out! How tall are you, we could pretty much be twins, lol!
