what exact help are you looking for? Help to make the first step into a healthy life? Have you thought about what your first step will be? About your bad habbits, trigger foods, why you eat and so on? Thats what I would recomend, Set aside the time to go over these things and what your plan will be and then you can recieve more support. I know for myself my first and biggest step was to give up soda and drink water and that didnt all happen in one day, it happened in many days, then when I adjusted to that I made another small change. I think when you make small changes and give yourself time to adjust to them it becomes a bit easier to deal with then jumping into something head on and failing (if this makes sense)
