Hello everyone. I am a military wife living in VA and about 6 years ago I dropped about 100 lbs over the course of a year through diet and exercise. Unfortunately I have put back on about 30 lbs over the last two years mostly due to some stress and taking on a full time desk job and ignoring the gym. I can't seem to get back in the groove I was in when I did it the first time (has some help from ephedra which is no longer available) and have really struggled with getting back into those same good habits that I know worked the last time.
I have decided to enlist the help of Alli and took my first pill this morning. I don't know if it will help, but since I can no longer button any of my jeans I really feel I neeed something to jump start a loss. I am somewhat active and try to walk and go to a yoga class a few times a week, but I'm sure I need to step that up too. I would really appreciate any support and advice you could offer and look forward to losing weight with you all.
