Hi everyone!
I have just registered. I'm 32, and I need to lose about 15 kilograms after having lost 4 already. I have no idea what method to use, up to now I have just been cutting out candy and walking a lot with my dog. But I'm thinking about doing WW on my own, without a group. I'd love to find a weight loss buddy here. I have just started a blog but cannot post links yet, so I'll put that in my siggy when I get to have one later.
