Hi - I'm Debby and I'm here in southern CA! I have been on Jenny Craig for over 1 week - lost 3.8 lbs the first week!!!
But I would like to have a buddy to help keep me on track. Yesterday, what do I do - eat Valentine candy from my 1st graders - not one piece - all of it!! So, today is "another day" and I'm back on track. I even joined FitDay to help me keep track of the calories. Anyone want to join in on a weekly weigh-in?
