Hello everyone. I am Jessica. Live down by Louisville KY . 14 months ago I started my weight loss journey due to health issues. I have lost 101 pounds and currently been trying to get off last 9 pounds. Am training for 2 five ks this summer. I have been stuck now trying to get off the last 9 pounds for months!! Any advice would be great!

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know anything about that last 5-10 pounds yet! But congratulations on how far you've come and that you're training for 5Ks - how cool is that?!!!
Thanks for the congrates!! Its been a long journey but well worth it. I am very proud of myself for first time in a long time. I feel so much healthier and stronger its great! Can actually keep up with my 4 year old twins now.
Has anyone done water aerobics? Thinking about adding it into my workouts , need to something to help with joints.
