I know what you mean about the rollercoaster dieting..it really stinks! Thats what I have been doing ever since my son was born back in feb 2005...and I am tired of it myself. You can do this!!!

Yes, we can do this. We will do this. Our weight does not define the person we are, but the person we are can start to define the weight!
