Good luck Nikki and welcome! I'm a newbie mom here too and I can understand your fears about not being able to play with your kids. Before I started dieting I was running out of breath just walking from my driveway to my front door, it was bad, now that I have been walking 45 minutes a day/ 5 days a week I can already feel a difference in just 11 days. Take it slow at first and just do some walking, you'll never belive the impact it will make
