I just wanted to take some time to introduce myself. I'm 26, live in Texas and am on a mission to get down to 135 lbs. About a year and a half ago I decided to start working out. I was at 207 lbs and miserable. My husband encouraged me and always stuck by my side. Right now I'm down to 168 lbs, but would like to lose at least another 15 or 20 before our trip to Florida in June with the in-laws.
I used Yourself Fitness on the Xbox, Lean Cuisine meals and my gym membership to get this far. The reason I signed up here is because I have been traveling a lot for work lately and I haven't had the time to exercise...well I have, but I just haven't had the motivation. I hope that ya'll can help me get motivated again! It's been about 3 weeks since I last worked out!
