Hi all,
I read about this website ages ago and told myself I should check it out as I need all the help I can get! But I got distracted and of course never made the time. Since then I put on an extra ten pounds and I've hovered at my heaviest weight since October. Well, I'm in a new job I love but it's very sedentary. And I've gotten engaged and will be married the first weekend of November. A cruise is in my future and I haven't had the self-confidence to get in a swimsuit in 5 years. Now's the time for change! I started this week on Weight Watchers, and I'm trying really hard to motivate myself. One way I do that is to hit forums and read articles so this seemed like the perfect time to come check this site out. So far everything I've read is welcoming and encouraging and just wonderful! Thanks for opening this space up to everyone who like me is looking for a little support and camraderie!
