Oh my goodness! I just had heaven in a bowl! I saw a recipe on a Facebook group yesterday called Big Mac in a bowl. I have been thinking about it ALL DAY! I went out to get the ingredients after work and it was awesome! It tasted totally decadent but was still OP! :carrot:

L - iceburg lettuce, 3 mini peppers, 1c jicama, 4oz pork chop, mushrooms, evoo, salt, pepper D - 1C curried cauliflower rice, 4oz lean turkey, 1C jicama, cilantro tossed in a bowl with a little salt/pepper (have I said I LOVE cilantro!!!) S - peanut butter protein pancakes or if I feel like waiting, I might heat up the stove and make muffins |
