B - Vanilla RTD S - Peppermint tea L - stir fry of 8 oz ground chicken and 4 cups of frozen veggies (broccoli and cauliflower) w/ 2tbs coconut oil D - Frozen Vanilla RTD - put the tetra pack in the freezer and it tastes like ice cream!!! S - Frozen Vanilla RTD Water - 4 litres I eat this everyday because I do not want to think about cooking and I will probably eat this way until I reach goal. While my food looks boring I find that I don't get bored with it because I am so busy with the kiddo. Also I am on a tight budget and I am using an alternative vanilla rtd that I find at another company for a fraction of the cost.My weight loss is going well because I lost almost 15 lbs my first WI! |
I Stayed Within my Caloric Range Today; I ate....
Breakfast : Raisin Brann Cereal w/ Soy Milk/water and 1/2 ripe banana.
Sn: A few pretzel sticks. Lunch : A Slimfast mocha shake, and a few chocolate covered pomegranate candies. Sn: A flax seed and protein powder smoothy w/ a tad of berry and 1/2 banana. Dinner: Jenny-O-Turkey wrapped in a spinach tortilla x 2, of those , 1/2 cup cranberry juice w/ 1/2 cup water mixed. Sn : Atkins Brownie. T+ 1500 so far , now 9PMishhh |
