Hi all,

Pretty good day today. Walked 4.5 miles and being out in the fresh air was great. Goal is to keep to clean eating for the next week.

How are all of you doing?

HI gals, I still haven't headed to the coast yet... plans are on hold as DH's brother died and now the family memorial will be on the 9th (a day I am originally scheduled to work). Soooo, I am trying to rework my schedule so that DH & I can go down for the memorial together. I'd rather trade nights with someone than lose the hours, but so far no takers for a switch. I may just have to get my boss to schedule someone else during those two nights and lose the hours . Tomorrow, I'm headed over to my parents' to colour Mum's hair for her...
I feel like I am juggling a bowling pin, a chainsaw, and three bean bags, (and not doing very well at it either...)

Doin' Good LUCCI! Keep on goin'....
You are obviously feeling better Slip, 4.5 miles, wow! I can imagine how wonderful it felt to go for that walk!

Liana

Liana thinking of you, your DH and family during this time. You do such an amazing job of supporting those around you. I hope your shifts get switched for you.

Slip - sounds like you and a great walk. I have no doubt you will meet your goal of clean eating this week. You are sounding very strong.

It's been a big week here. We did a psycholigical assessment for my daughter, 7, who is struggling in gr. 1 and it confirmed a couple learning weaknesses but that a lot of anxiety is getting in the way of her learning. We knew she worried at home and some at school but did not realize the extent. The teacher has been wonderful and we have a meeting in a few weeks to go over the report with the school so she can get more support. I found I was emotionally eating after getting the feedback. Then all the cravings get opened and the battle begins. I bought a mix of nuts with chocolate thinking I could limit myself WRONG!! Live and learn.

Have 1/2 marathon Sunday, trying for a new personal best.

Liana, I am so sorry about the loss of your brother in law . You have a lot on your plate, so I am sending you a Hope your coworkers step up and help you.

Jenny, I am feeling stronger, but I am sure the pounds are up. I do not want to step on the scale until I have a week of clean eating. I am sorry that you are feeling stress about your daughter's assessment. I am glad that you like her teacher and hope that the right supports can be developed for her. I can relate to your emotional cravings and slip- my slide ended up lasting for weeks. I am glad that you are naming it and addressing it here.

Luccilove, 30 pounds gets a huge Wahoo!!!! Thanks for the product info too. How is your health?

Hi to Want2b, Kooky, Hawaii, Hiker, Schenectady, and Kawaii.
